We install, repair, and re-zone drip and spray irrigation systems so water reaches the plants that need it — designed and installed by a licensed team with 40+ years of Bay Area experience.
Twin Palms Landscape installs new irrigation systems, repairs existing ones, and re-zones systems that were never laid out for the plants they serve. We work with both drip and spray, and many yards end up using a combination of the two. We are licensed and insured (C27 #655747) and bring 40+ years of Bay Area installation experience to every job.
Most projects start with a free on-site visit. We walk the property with you, look at what is planted where, note sun and shade, slopes, and soil, and check the current system for problems such as broken heads, leaks, dry spots, overspray, or lawn and planting beds sharing a single zone.
From there we lay out zones around how much water each area actually needs, so beds, trees, and lawn areas can each be watered on their own schedule. During installation we trench, run lines, set emitters or heads, connect the valves and controller, test coverage, and clean up the work area before we leave.
Because the same team also handles planting, softscape, and artificial turf, irrigation can be planned together with the rest of the landscape. New beds get the coverage they need from the start, and turf conversions include capping or rerouting the lines that are no longer needed.
We work throughout Marin County, including Mill Valley, Tiburon, Belvedere, Larkspur, Ross, San Anselmo, and Sausalito, and across the wider San Francisco to Petaluma area.
Both. We repair and adjust existing systems, re-zone systems that are not laid out well, and install complete new systems when that makes more sense.
It depends on what is being watered. Drip is generally a good fit for planting beds, shrubs, and trees, while spray is typically used for lawn areas. Many properties use both, on separate zones.
Uneven watering usually comes from coverage gaps, damaged or mismatched heads, pressure issues, or plants with different water needs sharing one zone. We look at the system on site to find the cause before recommending a fix.
